Our planners/coordinators have the responsibility of ensuring that care workers arrive at the correct time and are able to complete their home visits efficiently. They will also ensure that, if there are any changes to the care workers due to sickness or holiday, our service users are informed.

Maggie and Fiona carry out visits/telephone calls to all our service users to ensure that they are receiving high quality care. Bernie and Ann cover all aspects of administration.

Field Supervisors

Our Field Supervisors provide support for both carers and service users. Their role includes reviewing service users care plans to ensure that the care services we provide are always meeting the needs of our service users. They also carry out regular supervisions and appraisals with our care team.
